Please note : We operate a three-strike cancellation policy in place to keep things fair.
Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before the appointment. The first cancellation is free, the second incurs a 50% charge, and the third will be charged in full.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, so we’ll always take individual situations into consideration.
